Do you have then in other places of your body, like in between fingers, in your belly, behind the knees, face ect?
Have you traveled lately or slept in the woods or hotels?
Do other people in your family have any of those spots?
Have you been taking any new medicine lately, used any new shampoo, detergent or skin product, that you haven't used before?

What you are describing seems like an allergy reaction.
I don't see it as a viral infection nor bacterial, since you have had no fever and it have appeared suddenly.

I would recommend to use an antihistamine orally like Tab CETIRIZINE 10mg Once a day for 10days . In this way the allergy reaction will stop and will help with the itching.

Try to identify what might have caused the allergy...a new tablet recently, new foods, shampoos, creams, detergents like stuffs, You will need to avoid contact with it later.

Let me know if other symptoms appear, or if any in your family would have them, because that will change the diagnoses.

When I was asking about those things, I wanted to know if there was any chance of scabies. It comes with lesions in the soft skin places like armpits, between fingers, ect, and you can get it in places like not clean hotels or if you sleep in the woods. The lesions are like 2 spots near each other, with a canal in the middle.

I believe though, (looking at the ones that you showed me, and the fact that after a day you are noticing only those 3 spots, that still can be allergy lesions), that is is most possible to be an allergy than scabies.

I would still stay at the recommendations I gave you above. It should get better in few days. But if it getting worse, or not better, either update me with new photos, or consider a visit to your local dermatologist so he can evaluate the situation. Meanwhile, an antihistamine should help you a lot with the itching.
