What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting After Delay In Menstrual Bleeding?

Question: I'm currently 12vdays late, but have some brown...spotting only when I wipe. Could this be my period, or cause for concern?

hello,
if your previous cycles have been regular and this is the first time that menses have been delayed more than 10 days, and if you have been sexually active then you must get a urine pregnancy test done first to rule out pregnancy.
If negative then this could be onset of your menses else this could be threatened miscarriage if the result is positive.
