Brief Answer:
Freckles

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

I can see multiple ta/ light brown spots on the back of hand. These are freckles. Freckles occur more commonly in fair skin individuals on sun exposed sites like arms, face, hands etc, however, freckles can sometimes affect darker skin types as well. Freckles are benign and carry no malignant potential. They become prominent in summers Or on sun exposure/ tanning bed exposure.
I would suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throuhgout the day, specially outdoors.

Regards
