Brief Answer:
You should definitely pulmonologist and get done PFT.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are having breathlessness on exertion (exercise).
This symptom is commonly seen with lung and heart related diseases.
Lung disease like bronchitis is more likely.
Heart disease like heart failure can also cause similar symptom.
So consult pulmonologist first and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (pulmonary function test).
PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
If this is normal then consult cardiologist and get done ecg and 2d echo to rule out heart failure.
Both of these conditions are treatable.
Bronchitis needs inhaled bronchodilator and inhaled corticosteroids.
Heart failure needs diuretics and other cardiac supportive drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
First diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
