Brief Answer:
There is a need for ECG and treatment revision

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

You need to see a doctor to perform an ECG and revise your treatment. Heart rate more than 70 is not good for heart failure and more than 90 is harmful and usually causes decompensation of heart failure and worsening of symptoms. Even if you are away from your home you will need to refer to a local hospital, otherwise your symptoms may worsen. I'm sorry to tell this but you really need to see a doctor.

Take care

Dear XXXX,

Meth is not keeping you alive, it only relieves the symptoms. You need proper treatment otherwise you will get worse and worse. You really need to see a cardiologist.
