Question: My daughter is breaking out with spots on her face, could it be sun spots or solething more serious?

These spots are due to a common fungal infection known as pityriasis XXXXXXX
It can be easily treated with the use of an anti fungal cream like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
Just relax it's a very common issue in children.
