Brief Answer:
you need to Visit your nearest ER at the earliest....

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX, welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Now as per your description, since you haven't eaten today so the blurring of vision can be attributed to a sudden drop in the blood sugar level (hypoglycemia) for which you can immediately have some sugary drink, but the temporary numbness of the left hand is quite concerning and must be examined immediately (TIA, syncope etc. must be ruled out at the earliest)..

I'd strongly suggest you not to delay any further and call for help (call up urgent care or 911) for immediate medical attention..

Please don't try to drive on your own and just call for help (family/friends or neighbor whomever is nearby), let them take you to the nearby ER/ Urgent care for a immediate neurological examination and a CAT-scan of the brain (along with few other relevant investigations i.e. Blood gas analysis, 12 lead EKG, CBC, LFT, Coagulation profile, RFT and electrolytes etc.) without any further delay..

Wish you the best of health..

Do let me know how you stay in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards
