Question: Good morning,
I went to the bathroom, pee, and when I cleaned myself I see blood spots

This could be either blood in urine or blood from your genital. This has to be differentiated as causes are different for both.

Just a simple test will do it. Use the toilet paper and wipe your genital region before peeing if it shows blood stains then it is due to bleeding from your genital area and in that case you need to get examined by a gynecologist.

But if there is no blood stain before peeing but happens after peeing then its due to blood in the urine . In that case I advice you to get Urine Routine test and Ultrasound Abdomen Pelvis scan .
