Brief Answer:
Confirm if there is blood with a urine microscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thank you for posting your query on HCM

Did you have any urinary symptoms when you did the dipstick test? Urine dipstick testing for blood gives a high degree of false positive results . Therefore a microscopic test should be done first to confirm or exclude hematuria.
If blood is confirmed in the urine , it can be from anywhere in the urinary tract from the kidneys to the urethra. Recurrent UTIs may mean that there may be ongoing inflammation of the urinary bladder and that is the probable site. Some tests and procedures are required to know the source and cause of the blood.

Before I go into these which can be expensive, please let me know whether you have blood in the urine, after the urine microscopy examination and also whether you have any urinary symptoms.

Regards,
Dr. Noble Zachariah

It appears to be blood under the microscope. I have an urge to urinate when there's little or no urine. I have had a high fever for a few days.

Brief Answer:
Probably urinary infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

If you have fever and frequent urination with difficulty in passing urine, it is likely to be a urinary tract infection.
If you could get a urine routine examination done in any lab and upload the result, I would be able to advise you better.
If there is pus cells in the urine, it would be better to get a urine culture and sensitivity and treat with appropriate antibiotic.
