Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms are very characteristic for urinary tract infection. Back pain indicates that the infection could reach the kidney. You may also have frequent urinating and burning while urinating.
Please do not with your symptoms any longer. Such infection if not treated can lead to kidney failure.
Urine analysis, urine culture and abdominal ultrasound should be done. Possibility of diabetes should be considered.
If infection will be confirmed, antibiotic should be prescribed. You should also increase mineral water intake and start cranberries supplementation.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
