Question: I'm spiting up blood and have chills and no energy all I want is to sleep my blood pressure is 113/75

The spitting out (I hope that is what you meant) needs to be investigated by sputum for AFB on three consecutive days. A chest X ray also needs to be done and the chest needs to be auscultated by a doctor. I would insist you to visit a doctor and get yourself examined and investigated. The blood counts needs to be checked and the blood film needs to be evaluated for malaria parasite. An urine microscopy and culture might also be required.
