Brief Answer:
You need to take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Hematospermia with presence of pus cells in semen suggestive of active infection .

Get your semen examination and semen culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline twice daily and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .

Please note that semen infection takes long time to get cure completely hence you will need to take appropriate antibiotics for 6 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Though recent semen culture does not reveal any active infection presence of pus cells and blood suggest inflammation still present either in Seminal Vesicle or Prostate hence you have to continue both the drugs for2 more weeks .
