What Causes Blistering And Peeling Of Blotchy Red Skin On Hands With Bumps

Question: My 17 year old son has developed blistering and peeling of his hands for the past 2 months. The skin is blotchy red and peeling with a number of bumps present, some are blood blisters. His hands are tender and almost numb feeling. It's painful to hold a pencil or the steering wheel. Takes Vyvanse for ADD
