General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

- Medications like Vynase need careful tapering; you should discuss with his doctor on the approach and duration of tapering
- It is possible that the decrease in the dose from 30 to 20 mg, is causing these symptoms in your son

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan, General & Family Physician
