Brief Answer:
Kindly provide certain details

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures.
I would like to know certain more details about the skin condition.
Are you currently on any medicines or did you take any medicines especially pain killers or antibiotics before the development of the rash ?
The lesion appears to be a fixed drug eruption to me with a superadded fungal infection. So please think carefully and let me know if you have been taking any medicines regularly or intermittently.

Also please tell if there is any associated pain or itching or discomfort.

I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me the above details.

Brief Answer:
Take regular treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Thanks for the details.

You should continue to apply miconazole cream twice daily over the affected area for atleast ten days more .
Inadequate treatment might be the reason for recurrence of the lesion .
Even if the lesion appears to be healed, continue to apply the medicine regularly for 3 weeks at least.
Take oral fluconazole also along as advised .
During the course of treatment, use a contraceptive agent while any sexual contact .

Hope it helps
