Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. If there is no injury, bleeding should not happen.

To answer you, I have few queries.

1. Is the bleeding still present?
2. Is it through penis?
3. If you are not sure, can you take a photograph/ image and send.
4. Also if possible, do let me know about your medications.

Bleeding stopped. Not through penis. Looks like small slit in testicle. I take blood pressure med, Lisinopril-hctz 20-12.5 mg, aspirin 81mg, saw palmetto, rapaflo, Co Q-10, Prostate Revive beta sitosterol complex, vitamin D, lipo-flavonoid, fish oil, red yeast rice and l-lysine and vydox( L-Arginine)

Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

If bleeding as stopped, nothing to worry.
Scrotum is composed of loose and saggy skin, and a bleeding component might be difficult to identify. Small slit will heal. However, maintain sterile conditions as much as possible to avoid any infection. Do not cause any friction due to rubbing, as if there is a wound, it might bleed again.
As you are not diabetic, not much risk of complication of infection.

Your medications are alright and none of them can cause excessive bleeding.

However, if you have any further bleeding at any location or same, you can get a coagulation profile evaluated (bleeding time, PT, APTT). I do not think, it is necessary.

Hope it helps.

Any further queries, happy to help again.
