Brief Answer:
Not due to primulet, pregnancy to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If you had your proper periods on 6 th May, then the chances of pregnancy from the intercourse from 1-4 th May are negligible. However, sometimes one gets periods even after conception.
Moreover, since you had periods on 6 th May , you should expect them by 6 th XXXXXXX You can still wait for the periods for another2 days.
Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or stress or any hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease. Primulet N do not cause any effect on the periods after so much time of its intake.
I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done if you don't get your periods in two days, and if negative, then do consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including hormonal profile and ultrasound, and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
likely ovulation bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for responding. Spotting in between the periods can be due to ovulation at around14 th day of the menstrual cycle, and is known as mittelschmerz bleeding. However, local lesions in cervix or vagina can also cause intermenstrual spotting.
If pregnancy has occurred, spotting can be there due to various reasons.
I would suggest you to wait till 6-7 th XXXXXXX and if you don't get periods by then, then get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.

Dr Deepti Verma
