Brief Answer:
blood, iron supplements, pepto bismol

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Black stools most usually indicate : (1)blood in the stool, (2) due to using iron replacement (3) use of pepto bismol

if you are using either pepto bismol or iron supplements that one of these is a possible cause.

If there is no history of using any of these medications then the black stool is likely blood.

Blood diarrhea is likely due to bacterial infection.

It is possible that it may be resolve on its own but it would be best to be seen by your doctor

This would involve abdominal examination and possibly a stool sample to the lab.

Depending on your level of hydration, fluids may be needed.
Hold off all solids till there is a 4 hour period at least with no symptoms.
Probiotics help to shorten the course of uncomplicated diarrhea, can be used on their own or with some yogurts

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
