General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Over dose vitamins like vitamin A can cause skin pigmentation. Too much vitamins are not required and you can go for blood test to assess the vitamin status of the body and supplements can be started only after it. Include more fruits and vegetables to your diet to get adequate vitamins.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
