Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

The nature of the pieces in your urine , which you described points to the presence of stones, infection or inflammation. Fever and back pain , if associated then possibility of a UTI is high

Diagnosis can only be established with a urine R/E , Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and if possible microscopic examination of the pieces if you can isolate them. CBC should also be done to look for a raised TLC.

Take plenty of water, avoid smoking alcohol and caffeine. Use Cranmax sachets having cranberry extracts to help with your symptoms for the time being. Antibiotics and further treatment can only be initiated after the Urine R/E and other investigations are available.
