Brief Answer:

Takes time

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

These back marks on neck are due to hormonal variations as you thought. But they take about 6 months to reduce and does not go away so soon.

Stretch marks are part of pregnancy and creams wont help to vanish them. They will fade over time. They will go faster if you tone up faster and lax skin on the tummy reduces faster.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
