Doctor,

please also let me know as I'm currently on an antibiotic, if using a honey/tumeric mix on the burn is recommended? to heal quicker? would it cause more problems?

i haven't checked how it is, as it is nearer to my anus/vagina..but the burn could have gone this bad because i have been applying heat too for a week? before garlic remedy!

I'm really worried pls help

Brief Answer:
Do not worry, this does not look to be deep.

Detailed Answer:
Sincere thanks for your feedback and the very clear picture.
Read all the history and information again and understood that you have had this boil for a month- a long time to have anything to continue on.
You are already under antibiotic cover hence nothing much to worry about.
The garlic which you applied must have caused the burns like picture and hence making the healing still more difficult.
Since the skin is already burnt and there is redness around the burnt area indicating that the body is trying to heal the boil.

Hence please do not apply anything else on the area except Liquid povidone iodine. No ointments can really help in such a situation.
The healing of the burnt skin will take its own time depending upon the depth of the reaction it has caused.
Consult your Gynecologist or a General Surgeon preferably to have a clinical evaluation and examination, to get further treatment, excision of the boil bearing area if need be.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

can i leave cotton with betadine solution on it and tape it?

i can consult doc day after tomorrow night. By then what to do?

also will this heal and be normal again? will the black skin go away? what to do if blisters come up? continue with betadine?

Brief Answer:
Gauze with Betadine to be continued till you the Doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Yes, you can use gauze and Betadine solution on it. Continue till you see a Doctor. Nothing special needs to be done till you see your Doctor by day after tomorrow night.
This will heal and be normal again, as the depth of the burn may not be too much. Black skin will go away. Please do not worry if the blister appears, continue the same dressing with gauze and Betadine. Do not open the blister intentionally.

I hope this answers your query.
