Brief Answer:
Might be due to GERD, capsule omeprazole 20 mg for week

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
I would like to know did you suffer from sinusitis?
Do you have acidity problem?

The backflow of stomach acid and juices into the esophagus may cause this sour or bitter taste. I feel you might be having gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Presently I would suggest you to avoid spicy food, alcohol, and smoking.
Eat bland diet, eat diet rich in fibres diet, avoid meat for few days, do not lie down immediately after food, walk for 15 minutes post food. Eat small amount food. I would suggest you to take capsule omeprazole 20 mg twice daily 1/2 hour before food for 1 week.

Along with these I would suggest you to use over the counter mouth wash containing chlorhexidine. With these measures your symptom should reduce.

Hope this helps.
I'll be glad to address your further question.
Take care.

I always have some sinus issues.I am always stuffed and sleep w nasal strips at night. The headache is all in my forehead and top.
I have been having belly pains w loose stool but this is common for me w IBS etc.I think a Dr once mentioned silent gerd. My mouth is dry at night.Where does the fever come into part?It runs around 99.3 .so,I shouldnt be concerned it is something serious?I worry ALOT about my health.

Brief Answer:
For sinus problem and steam inhalation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
Good to hear from you.
Presently I would suggest you to follow the measures as suggested earlier. Along with it I will also recommend doing steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it, three to four times daily for a week.

Usually bad teste is seen in GERD and in sinus infection, once these is addressed, you should be fine.

Hope this helps.
