You need to move around....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand work in important. However you need to practice good ergonomics to prevent future complications. We can easily treat back pain with over the counter pain killer. However in order to have an healthy back for years to come it is important that you apply proper ergonomics at work. Sit erect with feet resting on the ground. And take short frequent breaks... move around.

Remember pain medicines only solve the pain. It doesn't correct the underlying pathology. In this case, its only matter of moving around and not siting continuously for hours.

Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.
