Brief Answer:
I will advise you to consult doctor as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thanks for writing to HCM

I have studied your case and history.

Back pain can be associated with urinary tract infection.
You may require good clinical examination from MD orthopaedic and urologist doctor ,so I will advise you to consult doctor as soon as possible.

He may advise you to investigate like Ultrasonography pelvis and abdomen.
If required MRI spine will help.
