Brief Answer:
Needs proper posture and rest.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

The present symptoms are more likely to be due to some infection. Lack of sleep can induce headaches and so is general malnutrition. Adoption of abnormal postures as the baby feeds cause the back pain.

Your wife needs to have a general check up, clear any infection present and maintain proper sleep and diet. Also, the baby should be weaned as it is high time and the baby needs to be put on normal diet.

Please see that plenty of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, water and nutritional supplements if needed, like B-complex and iron are taken.

Simple analgesics like paracetamol may be tried for relief from fever.

Hope your query has been answered. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
Once-a-day.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing back.

Iron and B-complex can be taken once-a-day for general purpose. The maximum elemental iron consumption per day is 300-400 mg. If she is anemic, she may need to take iron accordingly.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please get back if you need further help. I will be glad to do so.
