Brief Answer:
May be due to fullness of kidneys.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
You have a classical history.
The pain is until urination.
You are already under treatment for Enlarged prostate ( Tamsulocin).
Since there is a back-flow of urine from the urinary bladder to the ureters to the kidneys due to a condition called vasico-ureteral relfux.
This develops over a period as a result of a chronic urinary retention; may be due to enlarged prostate in your case.
The urine does not flow back from the urinary bladder to the ureters in normal condition.
This indicated the need for investigations and a probable further treatment for the prostate. Need to pass urine frequently so as not to over-distend the bladder.
You may need an ultrasonography, voiding cystourethrogram to investigate for the reflux.
Consultation with the Urologist and a probable treatment such as surgery for the prostate.

Instaflex may not be associated with this problem.
