Brief Answer:
Ascites due to given pathology. Needs supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. The question has answer in it. Any visceral pathology in abdomen leads to ascites. Seroma with blocked intestine and multiple meshes followed by a biological one are the reason in your case. Other causes of ascites are liver disorders, malignancies of gut and mesenteries and peritoneum, metabolic disorders, infections etc.

More important is how much is the ascites and what is the routine exam and cytology report of ascitic tapped fluid. treatment depends on that. massive ascites needs therapeutic tap and drainage and mild to moderate needs supprotive care with diuretics and treatment of udnerlying cause.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
