Brief Answer:
May be a prolapsed pile with an ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history, seen the photos and understood the concerns.
Hard stools with pain and bleeding from the left side of anus on passing stool indicate that you may have one of the following:
Prolapsed pile with fissure or an ulcer.
Seen the pictures; you would have better posted the photos of the anal area too as these help sometimes for on-the-spot diagnosis.
Please post clear and focused photos.
Continue taking looz in a dosage that suits to have soft and smooth motions.
Take Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Avoid foods and beverages that cause constipation or hard stools.
Consult a General Surgeon for per-anal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy to get the most proper diagnosis so that further management can be well planned.
It is always better to get a colonoscopy in such cases.
Also get tests of stool, blood and urine.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
As detailed.

Detailed Answer:
Good to know that you have been seen by a Doctor, I hope seen by a General Surgeon.
Recurrent fissure problems or any such problems needs a colonoscopy to rule out any problems after the age of 30. Was Per-rectal examination and ano-proctoscopy done?
Since there is exaggeration of fissure every 6 month the most probable cause is constipation/hard stools.

previously he had done glove test, this time no test diagnosed as fissure
attaching reports
can ultrasound abdomen see the colon
doctor
Answered by Dr. T Chandrakant (53 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Not much

Detailed Answer:
Ultrasound can not see colon better than CT scan of abdomen.
CT scan shows any mass, thickening.
Colonoscopy gives direct actual vision and chance to do biopsy if needed.
Seen the reports.
ALT and GGT and uric acid are raised. But very old hence get review reports done to know the present position.
