Question: Hi, I have an itchy area in the corner of my mouth. It has lines like wrinkles where the area is. It relieves the appearance when I put aloe vera but it becomes a dry patch but the itch still occurs. Please help!

Brief Answer:
Seems to be lichenified eczema, use cortisone, moisturisers

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be dry patch of lichenified eczema.

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply Cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of moisturizing creams for 2-3 weeks.

For itching I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.

This should help in resolving your spot.
