Brief Answer:
Does it stay that way after standing for a while ?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully. The most common cause of intermittent dulled hearing is a cerumen plug. I will suggest that you get your ears examined and cleansed. This is because cerumen often lodges and dislodges with body movement leading to changes in the hearing ability. It’s temporal nature is particularly suggestive of this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
Regards
