Brief Answer: Follow as advised below Detailed Answer: Dear Friend Welcome to HealthcareMagic. I am Dr Anshul Varshney, I understand your concern. Acidity and Reflux problems can occur as a result of faulty dietary habits or as a result of stress and even h.pylori infection. I advise following things that you may discuss with your doctor: 7. 1. Soft Bland diet 2. No Alcohol or Smoking 3. A combination of Pantoprazole and domperidone once a day for 15 days. 4. Try to have your meals on fixed routine normal timings. Take frequent small meals instead of 3 heavy meals. 5. Get an Upper GI endoscopy done, if a biopsy taken is positive for h.pylori, take Pantocid HP kit for 14 days. 6. You may take Syp Digene/ Gelusil 2 TSF Thrice a day for symptomatic relief. 7. Also i suggest you to get you hemogram done to rule out anemia as a result of dietary deficiency. 8. Also Take Zincovit once a day for 15 days to cover any micronutrient deficiency as a result of dietary imbalances because of acidity issues. Reflux and Micronutrient deficiency can cause sore, dry, yellowish tongue. I am sure these suggestions would help you. If you have any further query , you may please ask me.
