Absolute lymphocytosis (increased) is not a major issue unless the numbers are extremely higher than the normal range. If they are only higher by about a thousand or 2, then you have nothing to worry about. They are high most likely due to a recent viral infection and will come back to normal within a few weeks time.
Repeat the test after 4 weeks and see how things are.
