What Causes Abnormal Warm And Cold Sensation With Fatigue And Cloudy Urine?

Question: hi im having cold chills and my body randomly feels hot. my fever isn't going above 99 ive checked it hundreds of times oral rectal and armpit suggest no fever. a couple weeks ago my pee was cloudy and i let it sit and a white layer separated at the bottom. i just took 3 at home uti tests all negative for nitrite some suggest traces of leukocytes. but im not in any type of terrible pain. and am able to pass urine fine. I've had a kidney stone before which made me pee blood. and the pain was incredible this no pain. i feel fatigue and run down plus the chills but i also suffer from depression anxiety and allergies popost nasal drip. what could this mean? is not constant

Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
If there is no temperature documented in thermometer then you need not to worry as this is not fever at all and is not any infection.
Since you already suffer from anxiety and depression, i would attribute your symptoms to that only.
In case you have never got your thyroid profile done in recent time, i would recommend you to get tested for that.
In fact, whenever you feel that you are hot or cold, ask your parents to touch and check, whether they feel the same.
I would also advice you to start yoga and meditation.
In case you have sleeping difficulties, headache, anxiety, tremors associated, you would need to take SSRI like Paroxetine.
I suppose there is no reason to worry.

i take a ssri Lexapro for years. what would cause a positive reading of leukocytes but no nitrite? im really afraid to go to the doctor i have agoraphobia that's why I'm trying this to get opinions. but no fever but it feels like i have it sometimes. i literally get goosebumps but i think i have poor blood circulation. is it possible that 98.8 is a fever?

Hello, Your urine report is absolutely normal and there is nothing to worry for that.
I don't find a reason to worry.
If you are too worried, you may get a Urine Culture done.
Your symptoms like goosebumps and feeling of poor circulation are just anxiety related.
