What Causes Abdominal Pain When The Bladder Is Full Or After Flatulence?
Question: Hello I'm having abdominal pain first it was pressure and know it's just pain when my bladder is getting full are when when I'm gonna pass a gas it hurts what can it be ? Can it be cancer are something? I'm scare

Noted your history of abdominal pain - first it was pressure - now pain when bladder is getting full and when going to pass gas - visited Doctor at ER - white cells in urine - wants to know the cause and worried about cancer.
My thoughts and advise:
First of all to have something like cancer in a female patient of just 29 with the symptoms you have is not really heard of, hence keep away the scare of cancer.
Secondly you have pain while bladder is getting full as well as when you pass gas is indicative of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) or may be with/without cystitis and colitis.
This needs further evaluation and examination by General Surgeon and/or a Gynecologist.
And tests of Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen and further investigations as per the findings of clinical evaluation and preliminary investigations.
This can lead to a proper diagnosis which further leads to proper treatment and possible cure.
