Hello,
You need a complete evaluation of your liver including ultrasound, liver enzymes and tests for Hepatitis A, B and C. This could be serious. See a doctor as soon as possible

Brief Answer:
Please follow...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking.
I read carefully all your concerna and I can say as follows:
1. Your symptoms may be related with an acute liver infection associated with enzyme elevated like cytomegalovirus infection and ebstein barr virus infection.
2. Otherwise it would be great if you can send me all your test results so I can check them by myself.

Also I need to know if you are using alcohol too.
I am waitting your medical reports.
