What Causes Abdominal Pain And Discomfort Post An Abdominal Adhesions?

Question: I have a history of abdominal adhesions, found during 2 laparoscopies for endometriosis. I then had a total hysterectomy and then another laparoscopy for more adhesions after the hysterectomy. I have been experiencing a lot of abdominal bloating, discomfort, gas for about three weeks. I have a lot of bowel noises that I have never had before. It is pretty uncomfortable and thinking maybe it is time to go to the Dr. I am suspecting that I have more adhesions that are wrapped around bowel like I have had before. In the past my gynecologist has done the removal of adhesions. I am thinking I should see and have another surgeon do a laparoscopy for removal of adhesions. What do you suggest?

symptoms after medications not giving relief .

* Strongly recommended to consult a Consultant Surgeon .
Get clinical diagnosis with necessary ailments of x-ray abdomen and
ultrasound examination .
He or she will decide need of diagnostic laparoscopy and during which if
there are adhesions , laparoscopic lysis can be done .

* Till then can have cap.omeprazole ( 20 ) mg with sips of water morning and
evening before meals , to aid in some relief .
