Brief Answer:
pill side effects.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
This is likely side effect of OVRAL G and you should rather opt for a low dose hormonal pill like femilon 21 instead, if the ovary showed a follicular simple cyst less than 3cm in size as these can be controlled with oc pills for 3 months which can reduce the size of the cyst. However you have rightly stopped the pill as these were causing side effects. To counter them just increase your water intake to 5-6 litres a day and rest till they subside. It shouldn't take more than 12 hrs from the last dose.
Also please attach the ultrasound pelvis report for review.
Regards

Uterus is normal in size measures 90*63*38 mm with normal shape and echopattern. No myometrial mass is seen. Endometrial echo is central and measuring approx 9.4 mm in thickness. No collection seen in the endometrial canal.

Right ovary is enlarged in size, lying superior to fundus, measures 45*40*28 mm, Vol - 27cc.

Left ovary is normal in size and echotexture.

Left ovary measures 30*25*21 mm with volume 8.6 cc

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
With the volume of the right ovary being 27cc which is 17cc more than normal size, it indicates a ovarian cyst which should have been measured on usg, but not done , hence 3 cycles of oc pills have been advised to allow reduction and disappearance of cyst which is deemed o be follicular. Take femilon 21 instead of OVRAL G if you are experiencing side effects with it.
Rest of the report is normal.
Regards
