Brief Answer:
a few possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM,
It is possible that you are having a kidney stone, not a UTI. That would cause blood in the urine and pain as you describe it. It is also possible that you are having some sort of pelvic infection causing the pain. If you have any vaginal discharge or pelvic pain then see your doctor right away.
Hopefully your doctor sent a urine culture which will tell you for sure if you have an infection (takes 2-3 days to get urine culture results). If the culture shows no infection then kidney stone is more likely and You may need an ultrasound or CT scan to look for a stone.
Bladder cancer is another possibility but much less likely.
Make sure to follow up with your doctor and that the blood is gone from your urine. If there is still blood in the urine after treatment for UTI you may need to see a urologist.
