Question: My husband and I had an argument and he grabbed my wrist about an hour ago. I can move it but it feels a little funny. Could he have hurt my wrist? Also there is no discoloration.

Brief Answer:
Nothing serious, most probably mild muscular injury, rest and ice

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If you can move it without experiencing any intolerable pain and with no major crepitation, then the injury caused should not be any cause for concern.

Of course the incident could have caused some muscular injury which may cause you to feel funny or sore for a few days, just make sure you apply ice to the region and avoid working it too much and you should be fine ma'am.

Should you need my assistance, pease do not hesitate to write back to me, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Most likely not!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this argument that led to this injury. I have reviewed your information fully and it is not suggestive of a serious injury especially in the absence of any discoloration. It is more suggestive of soft tissue injury(Contusion). I will recommend rest, cold packs and a short course of Ibuprofen. Normally, pain will significantly reduce within a few days and healing expected within 7-10days.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.
