Brief Answer:
small bleeding under skin

Detailed Answer:
Hello and I am sorry this happened to you.
I have looked at your photo and it appears to be some bleeding under the skin. This is not serious as long as there is no pain and no visual disturbance and your INR is in normal range (which it is).
This can happen sometimes when people are on blood thinners like warfarin. It is important for you to let your doctor know that this happened.
If you see that it is enlarging or if you develop pain or visual changes you should go to Emergency.

I am sending a picture that I just took. I seems the dark spot is moving down. Is this expected?

Hello,
As a bruise resolves the discoloration will move down following gravity. This is a sign that it is on its way to healing
