What Causes A Scar On The Penis After Cryotherapy?

Question: I have a spot or scar on my penis where i had cryotherapy done 2.5 years ago. I am wondering if the spot/scar looks normal.

Thanks for your response. It's basically flat, as far as I can tell. Maybe a tiny bit raised, but basically flat. Yes, it's been present since cryotherapy. Cryotherapy was to remove a wart due to HPV.
