Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pounding pulsation in ears with normal blood pressure if stays for more than a day or have any prior history of ear pain, infection, hearing loss, use of some medications that can cause dizziness or tinnitus, buzzing sound history in ear, any wax deposition , or fever then should be involved for any local ear causes. If not then just wait and observe, take some tylenol for the pain if any and some antivert for dizziness if there. If it continues consult a local physician, let them run some baseline tests to be sure.
Meanwhile wait and observe. I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
