Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.

from the history and description, it appears to be some kind of fungal infection.
Or can be allergy to sanitary napkin material or simply friction of moist skin during menses while wearing napkins.

keeping private parts dry and clean will be of help.
You will need oral anti fungal medication and local application of anti fungal- anti bacterial ointment.
Of course you will need prescription of your doctor for the same.

I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you great health.

Brief Answer:
use local ointment. No harm to pregnancy. Wait till scab forms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Happy to answer your query.

1] You need to keep watch if it heals without medicine. If you have concern about taking oral medicines, you can use local ointment only.

2] Since it is a superficial skin lesion only, it should not hamper the process of getting pregnant.

3] I will suggest to avoid direct contact till scab is formed over the skin, so that your spouse will not have risk of transfer.

I hope my answer solves your queries.
Thanks
Wish you a great health.
