What Causes A Greenish-yellow, Odorless Vaginal Discharge?

default
Posted on Thu, 18 Jun 2015
Question: I have had some vaginal discharge for several months now. It varies in color from white or grey, but most of the time is greenish yellow. I saw my dr and was tested for gonorrhea and clymidia which were both negative. My pap was normal and did not show a bacterial or yeast infection. I was put on a 5 day course of flagyl anyway, but my symptoms did not improve. I then tried an otc course of monistat that didn't help either. I saw my dr again and pointed out a couple little bumps at the entrance to my vagina, but was told they are normal anatomy. The only other suggestion from my dr was to switch all my soaps and detergents to hypoallergenic and take probiotics, which I've done for a month now with no improvement. I have no other symptoms. The discharge for the most part is odorless and I have no irritation or itching.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I understand your issue and I will try to be helpful.
While your vaginal discharge are odorless and your doctor have excluded any infection ,there is nothing to worry.
But until you don't feel comfortable try to follow these advice ,such as :
1. vaginal douches with diluted polividone XXXXXXX with water (1 liter of water with 10 ml of polividone XXXXXXX ,betadine)altered with diluted apple cider vinegar
2.cranberry teas and much more fluids in your diet
3.Eat more garlic because garlic is a natural antibiotic that can be great for dealing with vaginal infections as well as vaginal odor.
4.Yogurt ,soak a tampon in plain yogurt and insert it into your body. Leave it in for a few hours, and rinse the area thoroughly after removing the tampon.

Try these advice and than you will see good results .

Best regards
