Question: i got boil on penis head, when foreskin pulled back it can be seen, it doesn't pain at all. what are the reason and how it can be cured?

Since how long it has been there?
is there any history of unprotected sex in recent past?
Have you seen doctor or oredered any investigation?
is there any discharge or blood coming out from this rashes?
are you diabetic or taking any medicine?

Meanwhile maintain good hygiene, wash it with antiseptic solution and apply antibacterial ointment to prevent spreading of infection.

Good day Doctor,

I got first boil 8 (eight) months back after unprotected sex with my wife. later month i got more same like boil after unprotected sex with my wife. i don't have multiple partners.
I have not shown to any local doctor. Its not paining, no discharge or blood comes out.
I am not diabetic and i don't take any medicine.
I am living health life other then above problem discussed.

Hope it not serious.

I would advise you for a battery of tests like CBC, VDRL test, serological test for herpes to rule out sexually transmitted disease.

Meanwhile use condom during sex, maintain good hygiene
wash it with antiseptic soap or solution and apply antibacterial ointment.
