Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

CRP or C reactive protein is a acute phase protein which is elevated in case of inflammation and infection. Red rash with associated inflammation involving 40 % area of body could be the cause the elevation in CRP.
LDH(Lactate dehydrogenase) is one of the Liver enzyme which could be elevated in involement of Liver. Even occasional intake of alcohol can cause mild inflammation of Liver causing elevation in LDH .
I would suggest you to start with lipid lowering drugs to decrease cardiovascular risk of atherosclerosis.
Other investigation including TMT are normal is very reassuring.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care

My intake of alcohol is limited to 60-90 ml per week (on Sunday/Saturday).I understand this is not harmful but increases HDL.
I go to gym/swimming/yoga/risk walking-either of the above everyday.
I have been prescribed Rosuvastatin 20 mg/day.I have been taking 5 mg Rosuv since 7 years-is it the reason for raised Bilirubin,if not what else. Why the Physician has not advised any medicine for elevated Bilirubin.
My bilirubin--1.60 high,Total protein-8.19 high.---No medicine prescribed
RBC-4.47 low.-prescrbied Tab Maltida ER once a day.
Hb- 12.90 low.
PCV 39 low.
Lymphctes-18.
Total Platlet Count-1.42 low.
MPV- 12.60 high.
LOW Sr25(OH)-20.9 prescribed Calcirol Granule weekly & Gemcal 1 tab after lunch.
What lifestyle modification, supplement or alternate medicine you suggest.
Best regards.

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

I would suggest you to get Ultrasound of abdomen done in order to rule out any liver disease.
If that's normal I would suggest you the following
1. Low fat intake
2. Avoid spicy oily feeds
3. TAB Liv 52 twice a day will be beneficial

Any intake of alcohol is not good. Any association with it causing rise in HDL Cholesterol ( good cholesterol) is theoretical, the benefits are outweighed by risk.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Grateful to you for your clear & concise answers.
Ultrasound of abdomen (USG of Abdomen & Pelvis) -NO ABNORMALITY DETECTED.
Is the raised Bilirubin due to low RBC & high MPV?- PL refer my CBC above.
I will start taking Liv52 as suggested by you.

Good evening

Raised bilirubin is not due to low RBC and high MPV. Ultrasound abdomen is normal so there is no cause for concern.
