What Cause Pain In The Chest Area And Difficulty While Swallowing?
Question: Of yesterday when I would swallow I felt a tightening in my chest roughly in the breast plate area. At first I thought it was something caught in my esophagus from swallowing. Now when I eat or a drink right around my solar Plex area it tightens up and hurts don't know if it's just indigestion or something I should get looked at

In most cases these symptoms are seen in benign conditions such as gerd,hiatus hernia or gastritis and some more serious diagnoses are rare in your age. I suggest to have easier diet,more liquid food,milk products,boiled food,avoid coffee,alcohol and smoking and chew your food well.
