Brief Answer:
Most likely related to stress and weight loss.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms.

I would like to reassure you that your symptoms do not suggest any serious neurological disease. The most likely cause of your symptoms could be stress and weight loss. If the imbalance is due to a neurological disease, it would be constant and not episodic.

I suggest you to maintain a good diet, and watch for a few more days. If you do not get better, then, get a complete neurological examination done by your doctor.

I hope it helps. Please get back if you have any more queries.

Best wishes,
Dr Sudhir Kumar MD (Internal Medicine) DM (Neurology) XXXXXXX Consultant Neurologist
