Brief Answer:
may be low to you

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The lower limit of blood pressure is considered to be 100/60 mmHg but some persons have blood pressure lower than this with no symptoms.
It can be an individual response and reading.

IF a person's blood pressure is normally a particular value and drops below their norm then they can experience symptoms such as those that you are experiencing- dizziness and light headed sensation.

If your blood pressure is normally higher than your present value of 101/74, then this reading is low for you and is likely responsible for your symptoms.

To increase it you may want to consider increasing your fluid intake and salt intake mildly.
INcrease in both of these would cause an elevation in blood pressure readings.

In addition , it would be advisable to rise very slowly from sitting or lying position.

If you are on blood pressure medication, they may also need adjusting.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
